Scammers again stole NFTs worth several million dollars
Scammers stole from user larrylawliet (@iloveponzi)NFTs from the collections of the now very popular Bored Ape Yacht Club, five from the Mutant Ape Yacht Club. Plus one NFT from the Doodle collection.
These NFTs were originally valued at over $2.5 million. And they were sold for about $700,000. This cost was requested in order to quickly get rid of the stolen NFTs and get the money.
And it all happened because of the hacking of Moshi Mochi’s Discord channel. There was a link to a site that allegedly provided dAPP services to promote the sale of NFTs. But in fact, a transaction was made to transfer NFT to the attacker’s ETH wallet address.
Author of the section "NFT". A digital artist who releases his artwork under a pseudonym that is not disclosed on this site. Since childhood is fond of drawing and sculpture. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts. Passionate about both the creation of art and its history. Has not passed him by and modern technology. He makes his works on the computer using a tablet. Master of Photoshop, Illustrator, 3ds Max and other less common specialized programs for designers and artists. Got interested in NFT back in 2020, even before its popularity peaked. Believes NFT is a great technology that allows little-known artists to show their work to the world.
