Which NFT is the most expensive?

The most expensive NFT sold was “Everydays: The First 5000 Days” by Beeple, which sold for $69,346,250 in March 2021 at a Christie’s auction, setting a new record for the most expensive NFT ever sold. The piece is a digital collage created by the artist over a period of 5000 days.

It’s worth noting that the NFT market is highly speculative and it’s possible that this record will be broken in the future.

It’s also important to note that NFT market is highly dynamic, there are many other NFTs that sold for high prices, like “The Fable” by Mike Winkelmann (Beeple) which sold for $6 million in December 2021 on SuperRare, “Everydays: The First 10000 Days” by Beeple which sold for $9,9 million on Metakovan’s own platform Metapurse, and “The First 5000 Days” by Beeple which sold for $6,6 million on Nifty Gateway, these are just examples.

Got interested in NFT back in 2020, even before its popularity peaked. Believes NFT is a great technology that allows little-known artists to show their work to the world.
