OneOf released an NFT collection in honor of The Notorious B.I.G. - It sold out in just 10 minutes

“Green” NFT marketplace OneOf unveiled a token collection in honor of the late rapper The Notorious B.I.G. The novelty generated overwhelming demand. The collection sold out in just 10 minutes.

Sky’s The Limit” is still ranked number one among OneOf the lots. The collection consists of 3D models of the rapper in his different looks. The NFT price starts at $113. The size of the collection is limited, with only 3,000 tokens available to users.

The collection also includes the rapper’s exclusive track, “Fulton Street Freestyle”. The recording was made when the performer was only 17. It has never been released or used by other musicians before.

Buying a control token for the track entitles you to vote. The composition can be used by other musicians, but only with the mention of B.I.G. in the title and with the approval of the community.

In addition, all NFT owners of the collection will have access to The Brook Metaverse. It’s not finished yet, but the developers promise to complete the project in the near future.

Yesterday, July 26, on the official Twitter page of the marketplace, the administration noted that the first batch of tokens sold out in just 10 minutes. Users left dozens of comments under the post saying they were happy to be part of the story.

The rapper was killed in March 1997. The perpetrators were never found. The performer’s death was one of the most deafening blows to the industry of those years.
